Shipping & Returns

All goods ordered will be supplied on a supply/backorder basis. Should any parts be out of stock at the time you order we will hold the order and send all the goods in one consignment. If you would prefer us to send any items currently in stock please contact us accordingly.

We endeavour to send all completable orders out on the day of the order (as long as the order is placed before 4pm). Goods are dispatched by the method stated on the order at time of purchase. Delivery dates on out of stock items vary depending on our suppliers, we will do our utmost to obtain the parts urgently. Should you require an estimated date please contact us.

Payment is required in advance of dispatch of goods, should any items be out of stock 50% of the total order value will be charged on the day of order and the remainder will be charged out upon dispatch. Special Offer Prices are only available whilst stock last, all other prices on website are subject to errors and omissions. We will contact you should a price be incorrect on the Web Site and ask if you still require the item.

On rare occasions our suppliers modify goods, should you receive a modified part and you are unhappy with it please return to ourselves re our returns policy below.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund you in full upon return or replace the item accordingly. Please advise us of any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt and return the goods with a copy of the original sales receipt.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by letter, fax or email. Return carriage will not be refunded. Goods must be returned in original packaging and be fit for resale. Please enclose a copy of the original sales receipt with the returned item.

Exceptions to the above:-

Please note that we cannot accept the returns of:

  • Videos, DVDs, CDs or Software Packages unless original packaging is intact and un-opened.
  • Goods made to the customer's specifications or personalised i.e. cut keys, paintwork
  • Goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly i.e Helmets, Electrical Goods, Frames, Items we have had to specially order for you.

Items returned after the cooling off period

These are dealt with on an individual basis, therefore please phone, fax or email us advising your Customer Number, Invoice Number, Part Number which you wish to return and reason for return. We will then advise if we will accept the item back and if there will be a handling fee.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CHARGED BACK BY THE METHOD THEY WERE CHARGED OUT ORIGINALLY I.E. IF YOU PAID BY CREDIT CARD THE REFUND WILL BE PUT BACK ON THE SAME CARD
